Our restaurant in the small back alley provides French cooking including Japanese style. Our chef started the career as a cook of the Japanese food over ten years in Ibusuki and Tokyo. He ran the Japanese restaurant afterwards in Paris for five years. And it occurred to him to fuse in Japan ant the form of two of France.

In Ibusuki where agriculture is prosperous, abundant ingredients are available.  While using those, we idealize the original dish which visitors will be satisfied with.
